This is a demo build of NexaCore AI. In a production deployment, this page documents what data is collected through phone calls, website conversations, and forms; how call recordings and transcripts are stored and used; how long data is retained; and how customers can request access to or deletion of their data.

Recording, transcription, AI disclosure, and consent requirements vary by jurisdiction. Organizations using NexaCore are responsible for configuring disclosure and consent settings to meet the requirements of the states, provinces, and territories where they operate.

NexaCore does not sell personal data to third parties, and access to customer data is restricted to the organization that owns it via row-level security.
