About us
What does NexaCoreAI do?
NexaCoreAI designs and builds two things for service businesses: (1) websites that make it easy for the right customers to understand what you do and contact you, and (2) AI assistants and practical automations that answer common questions, qualify inquiries, and hand leads to your team. You can start with either one or both.
What industries do you work with?
NexaCoreAI primarily works with home service businesses — for example cleaning companies, remodeling contractors, and other trades — and with professional services firms such as accounting, legal, consulting, and similar practices. If your business depends on people finding you, asking questions, and booking work or consultations, it's likely a fit.
Where is NexaCoreAI located, and do you work outside Charlotte?
NexaCoreAI is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Work is done remotely, so clients can be anywhere in the US or abroad. There is no public office or storefront, so meetings are by phone or video unless arranged otherwise.
How do I contact the team or book a consultation?
You can call +1 (740) 590-5867, email moses.sefah@nexacoreai.net, or use the consultation form on the contact page. You can also leave your details here in the chat — nothing is sent unless you confirm it.
How does a website or AI project work, step by step?
Projects follow the same shape: (1) a consultation to understand your business, customers, and goals; (2) a written scope that says what will be built; (3) content, design, and build, with review points along the way; (4) for AI assistants, writing and approving the answers it can give and testing it with realistic questions; (5) launch with analytics and lead delivery checked; (6) review what's working and improve.
Websites
What is included in a website project?
NexaCoreAI plans, writes, designs, and builds websites for service businesses. Typical work includes: page structure based on the services and places you actually serve, clear calls to action (call, request a quote, book a consultation), fast mobile-friendly pages, accessibility basics, on-page SEO foundations (titles, descriptions, structured data where it is accurate, sitemaps), lead forms that deliver to you, and analytics so you can see which pages produce inquiries. Whether to improve an existing site or rebuild is decided together after a consultation.
Should I start with a new website or an AI assistant?
A simple rule of thumb: if people can't quickly tell what you do, where you work, and how to reach you, start with the website. If your site already does that but inquiries go unanswered after hours or you spend a lot of time answering the same questions, an AI assistant may help first. Many businesses do both, website first. A consultation is the easiest way to decide.
AI assistants
What does an AI assistant for a service business actually do?
NexaCoreAI builds AI chat assistants for business websites and practical automations around them. An assistant is set up with answers you approve (services, service area, process, policies), asks a few qualifying questions, and — only with the visitor's consent — sends the inquiry to your team by email, CRM, or another channel you use. It is designed to say "I don't know" and hand off to a person instead of guessing. Automations can include lead routing, follow-up reminders, and intake summaries. What is right for your business is scoped in a consultation.
How do you stop an AI assistant from making things up?
Assistants are built around an approved knowledge base you sign off on. They're instructed not to invent prices, availability, guarantees, or results; to say when they don't know; and to offer a person instead. Visitor details are only sent to your team after the visitor confirms. Assistants are tested with realistic and tricky questions before launch, and conversations can be reviewed afterward to improve the answers. No AI is perfect, which is why human handoff is always part of the design.
Is the chat on this website a real AI?
This chat is an AI assistant on NexaCoreAI's own website. It answers from the company's approved information and can pass your details to the team if you ask it to. It can be wrong, so please confirm anything important with a person.
What happens to information I share on this website?
On this website, chat messages are processed to generate replies and are not used for advertising. Contact details are only sent to the team when you submit a form or confirm a handoff in the chat. See the privacy policy for details. For client projects, how data is handled is agreed during scoping.
Pricing & timelines
How much does a website or AI assistant cost?
Pricing isn't published yet. It depends on the scope of the website or assistant, and the team provides a quote after a consultation. Please don't rely on any number from the chat.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the scope and on how quickly content and approvals come together. The team gives an estimate after the consultation.
What are your business hours?
Business hours and meeting availability haven't been published. The fastest way to find a time is to call, email, or send the consultation form.
Can I see past work or client results?
A public portfolio and client results haven't been published on this site yet. The examples on the site are illustrative concepts and are labeled that way. Ask the team directly if you'd like to discuss relevant work.
Who owns and hosts the website, and is there ongoing maintenance?
Hosting, maintenance plans, platform choices, and ownership terms are agreed during scoping and aren't published yet. The team can answer this directly.
