AI assistants & automation
An assistant that answers like your best employee, and knows when to get you.
NexaCoreAI builds AI assistants for service businesses that answer from your approved information, ask a few smart questions, and hand real leads to your team, with the visitor’s go-ahead every time.
What it does
Useful work, not a novelty chat bubble.
Answer common questions
Services, service area, process, what to expect, how to prepare, all from the facts you’ve approved.
Help visitors choose
Guides people to the right service or next step instead of leaving them to hunt through pages.
Qualify, lightly
Asks the few questions your team needs (what, where, when, how to reach them) in normal conversation.
Hand off to a person
Sends a clean summary to your inbox, CRM, or chat tool, only after the visitor reviews and sends it.
Work after hours
Evenings and weekends are when many inquiries arrive. The assistant keeps the door open until you’re back.
Automate the follow-through
Lead routing, reminders, intake summaries, and other practical automations around the conversation.
Demonstration
See the decisions behind each reply.
Example: a kitchen & bath remodeling contractor. Names and numbers are fictional.
Visitor: How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
Why it did that
Press “Next step” to watch the assistant respond. Each step explains the decision behind it.
- • Answers come only from the business’s approved facts.
- • No invented prices, times, or promises.
- • The visitor reviews and sends their own details.
Guardrails
Built to be trusted with your name on it.
- Answers only from a knowledge base you approve, and says “I don’t know” when something isn’t there.
- Never invents prices, discounts, availability, guarantees, or results.
- Never tells a visitor they’re booked unless a real booking system confirmed it.
- Visitors see and send their own details. Nothing is submitted on their behalf.
- Treats visitor messages as data, so it can’t be talked out of its rules or into revealing configuration.
- Rate limits, abuse controls, and a spend cap keep costs predictable; keys stay on the server.
- Clear disclosure that it’s AI, with a phone number and form one tap away.
How we build one
From your knowledge to a working assistant.
- 1
Map the questions
We list what customers actually ask (from your inbox, calls, and reviews) and decide what the assistant should handle.
- 2
Write & approve answers
We draft the knowledge base with you. Anything unapproved becomes “let me connect you with the team.”
- 3
Connect the handoff
Email, CRM, shared inbox, or scheduling tool. We make sure leads land where your team will see them.
- 4
Test, launch, tune
We test with realistic and adversarial questions, launch, then review conversations to improve answers.
Website first?
An assistant can’t fix a confusing website.
If visitors can’t tell what you do or where you work, start there. We build both, and we’ll tell you honestly which comes first. Website or AI assistant first?
AI assistant FAQ
What owners want to know.
Is this just a chatbot plugin?
No. Plugins usually give you a chat box and leave the hard parts to you. We do the hard parts: deciding what the assistant should and shouldn’t answer, writing and approving that knowledge with you, designing the handoff, connecting it to how your team actually works, testing it with realistic and awkward questions, and measuring it after launch.
What does it cost to run?
Two parts: building it (quoted after a consultation) and running it. Running costs are mostly the AI provider’s usage fees, which scale with how many conversations you get and which model you choose. We’ll estimate that with you from your traffic, and set limits so a busy month or an abusive visitor can’t produce a surprise bill.
Which AI does it use?
We choose the provider and model per project based on quality, cost, privacy terms, and your requirements. This site’s assistant uses Anthropic’s Claude through a server-side integration. The architecture keeps the provider swappable.
Can it book appointments?
It can, if it’s connected to a real scheduling system that confirms bookings. Without that, it collects a request and says clearly that a person will confirm. It never pretends something is booked.
What about privacy and sensitive information?
We design assistants to ask only for what’s needed, warn visitors not to share sensitive details, and avoid storing more than necessary. For regulated fields (legal, tax, health-adjacent), we scope what the assistant must never discuss before anything is built. How we keep assistants honest.
Let’s find out what your assistant should say.
Tell us about your business and what you want to fix. We’ll talk it through, give you a straight recommendation, and follow up with a written scope and quote if it’s a fit.
